Construction is nearing completion at The Fields at Jacobs Way. Out of 42 luxury townhomes in this community, there are now only a few homes available for sale (including the model home).
Before it sells out, we thought this would be a good time to check in with Sales Manager Peggy Gardner for an introduction, and an update on the remaining homes in this community.
Peggy Gardner’s Journey at Kay Builders
Peggy Gardner has been a licensed real estate agent since 2001. When she joined Kay Builders last July, she started as a Sales Assistant at The Fields at Lafayette Way, Kay Builders’ community in Forks Township outside of Easton, Pennsylvania. After she proved herself a valuable team member by helping so many Kay Builders homebuyers, she was promoted to Sales Manager at The Fields at Jacobs Way.
Throughout her career, Peggy has worked to help make home buyers dreams come true - from finding the right home in the right location to making sure the home has all the features they need.
“I have a lot of experience working with first-time homebuyers as well as clients looking to downsize.” Gardner explains, “I really enjoy working to understand their priorities and learning exactly what they want in a home.”
