A Look Back and Looking Forward with Excitement to 2025

As we start this new year, we wanted to say thank you to our buyers, homeowners, the Kay Builders team, our partners, and everyone who helped make 2024 such a wonderful year. We had quite a bit going on, including closing up communities, building new communities, and planning future projects!
What We Accomplished in 2024
• We closed out The Fields at RiverHill community in Bethlehem. This community of single homes and twin villas turned out beautifully and is a great addition to our long list of communities in the Lehigh Valley. Sorry you missed it? Check out The Fields at Brookside, which is available now! This community has similar offerings, including a collection of elegant single family homes in a beautiful secluded setting.
• Our upcoming Ridge Farms Community had some exciting developments in 2024, This vibrant community will be located in South Whitehall Township on Cedar Crest Blvd between Walbert and Huckleberry Road. In addition to Kay Builders homes, the community will feature shops and outdoor eateries, all easily walkable! One important part of this community had its Grand Opening in 2024, St. Luke's University Health Network new Medical Offices at Walbert Avenue! This office includes Pediatrics, Dermatology, Primary Care, Physical Therapy, Lab Services, and MORE to further serve residents of Ridge Farms and Lehigh Valley as a whole. Stay tuned for more updates on this exciting community!
• We launched The Fields at Twin Run community in Macungie. This community of 78 Twin Villas features all the quality and benefits of Kay Builders’ CUSTOM-i-ZABLE homes in an incredibly beautiful, convenient, and desirable location.
• Construction started and progressed at both The Fields at Brookside and The Fields at Jacobs Way.The Fields at Brookside features 66 elegant single-family homes nestled in a quiet, beautiful setting near Brookside Country Club in Macungie, Pa. The Fields at Jacobs Way is a serene Luxury Townhome community in Harleysville, Pa. that features 42 townhomes with elegant exteriors and multiple floor plan options.

At Kay Builders, we love looking back at our history as Lehigh Valley’s 3rd generation, family-owned builder. We’ve served this area since 1961! But here’s a look forward at some of the exciting stuff that’s coming in 2025:
• COMING SOON! Our upcoming 55+ Active Adult community in Forks Township (near Easton). We haven’t announced the name of this community yet, but it’s already generating quite a bit of excitement! We put a “Coming Soon” sign on the site a few months ago, and interest is already high. This large community will feature both single family homes and Twin Villas, as well as a clubhouse with lots of amenities for residents. Stay tuned to learn lots more about this beautiful community in the coming months.
• COMING SOON! A lot of our attention in 2025 will be focused on The Ridge Farms in South Whitehall Township. Imagine living in a quiet, serene community but being able to walk to dinner, shopping, and even your doctor’s appointment! When you need to drive, Route 22 is just a few minutes away (and with it access to Interstate 78 and the Pa Turnpike). This remarkable community will truly offer the best of all worlds including Kay Builders’ quality, CUSTOM-i-ZABLE homes.
