Why you’ll want one 

We’ve identified the importance of including these plans in our repertoire, and we’ve taken even further steps in ensuring that they help improve the lives of our homeowners. First, we always include a crawl space in our homes with first-floor masters. When built upon a crawl space, homes and their flooring have a bit of a “bounce”, which while just as sturdy and stable as a house built on slab, is much easier on joints. Second, we take the rest of the home’s layout into consideration when including a master on the main. Even if you want your bedroom on the main floor, you still want a sense of separation from your living, dining and working spaces.
