Kay Builders Lends a Hand in the “Old Fashioned Christmas” in Emmaus

Lending to the annual “Old Fashioned Christmas” in Emmaus, Kay Builders was excited to take part in the festivities by cutting down and donating this year’s tree which stands proudly in the center of town.

As one of the primary and growing builders in the area, Kay Builders recently broke ground on one of their new communities, “The Field at Indian Creek”. The future home of this new Active Adult Community in Emmaus had an abundance of trees and a few of them had to be taken down to make room for this new community.

Being sensitive to building communities that buyers can feel green about, Kay Builders took down as little of the landscape as possible to make room for site work. According to our Owner Rick Koze “Most developers will clear cut all trees from the entire site; that’s never been our approach. We work as much as possible with the existing landscape,” Koze said. He is focused on the environmental awareness and is sensitive to the property’s topography, as well as preserving trees, natural resources and environmental elements.

The Fields at Indian Creek features a lush landscape with mature trees, majestic views, 39 acres of open space, preserved areas and manmade trails for walking or biking plus a spacious activities clubhouse- where you can catch up with neighbors and meet new ones. And for those who enjoy a challenging hike, the woodland trail in a small community just across the road, takes you to Camp Olympic Park.
