Kay Builders is in search of experienced Punch Out Technicians - preparing new homes for settlement, in the Lehigh Valley area.
Requirements: Carpentry experience, ability to work independently and multi-task, to turn over homes in tip-top condition.
Duties Include, but not limited to: Touch ups and spruce ups, appliance installation, minor repairs, interaction with vendors and inspectors.
