Once you have chosen one of our great locations, the fun begins. Because our sales agents are company employees, not independent sales agents, they are intimately familiar with our offering and they can guide you to the home that best suits your lifestyle. They will listen closely to your needs and suggest changes and additions that will enable you to tailor the home to your specific needs. You will be able to tour our decorated models, but if you find another model fits your needs, we usually have your model under construction for you to see. If not, one of our many happy customers are often willing to allow you to tour their home so don't hesitate to ask us to arrange a tour.
Once you have chosen your home, we will take your wish list and provide pricing for these items within 48 hours. But don't worry, if you are not sure, you are able to change models and options even after you have signed the contract, provided items have not yet been ordered.
 As construction begins, your level of excitement will increase and you may want to visit your home as it is constructed. Our sales agents are very flexible and are glad to tour the home with you by appointment. Often, if you stop in the sales model and the agents have time, they will escort you to your home without an appointment. If you have technical construction questions, we will arrange a meeting with one of our construction supervisors. We are glad to provide this service at your request. And don't forget to add our construction step checklist to your "My Favorites" account so you can follow along with the progress of your home's construction.
 On the day of settlement, you will walk through your home with our customer service representative who will demonstrate many important aspects of the home and will make a list of any items that need to be addressed. You will communicate with one service representative throughout the remainder of your warranty period and rest assured, it is our goal to provide the highest level of service. Take comfort in knowing that we have served the Lehigh Valley for 50 years and our reputation is very important to us.
